I got a call from a phone number 561-826-1697 callers Name William Mott. He said he is from As Seen On TV Productions and they are interested in valuate my Products to check them for TV Ads. He offered me 150 TV Spots at Prime Time, I have to select 3 Markets on my own. After the Product Check will turn out positive I should pay 15.7k$ upfront. This made me very suspicious. The usual way is that they keep 10$ from each 19,95$ sold item and you keep your 9.95 to cover your expenses and have your profits. The Ads are paid by ASOTV themself, because they just buy wholesale and sell on their own retail on TV. The real ASOTV IS located in Clearwater, FL not Boca Raton, FL. And this number from Mr. William Mott seems to be a Beauty Salon where he called from. The strange way how to call him was to leave a message and re call him quick again so he knows its you then he will pick up the phone. I would not recommend this Company doing Business with.

After reading so many negative reviews on As Seen on TV Productions, I fully understand why William Mott is so miserable.Poor guy, if everyone thought I was a con artist scammer, I'd be rude on the phone too.He called and asked to talk to the "marketing person." Our "marketing person" is the owner. The owner pays me to run/make daily decisions. Here's our conversation-William- Hi are you the person who makes marketing decisions?Me- I'm one of the peopleWilliam- Well, I need to talk to the person who makes the decision.Me- I can help you.William- Then why did you tell me you're one of the people?Me- Because that's the way things run around here. We all wear multiple hats.William- If you're not interested in making THOUSANDS of dollars in sales, then that's YOUR loss.( he then abruptly hangs up )I even called the guy back. I was friendly.Basically, I told him not to be so angry on the phone. I am best friends with the owner and I always pass along every message.William Mott should look for another job. Got a call from William Mott today about my product. Just letting people know he is still at it. Did not investigate further or return his call.

OMG, I just got the exact same "Vendor Contract". Thank you for posting this information about them because I have to say it looked legitimate. They've changed the name, it's not William Mott, now they're using Robert Miller, and the phone has changed to 561-995-5342 but it's the same people, same name and same address in Boca Raton.

Hi. My brother and I have a new product on the market and this place contacted us about doing a commercial. Today we got the "Vendor Contract" and it calls for us to pay $14,700.00 too. They use the same name, As Seen on TV, and have the same address in Boca Raton but the guy who called us used the name Robert Miller and we have three different phone numbers: 561-995-5342, 561-613-6010 and 561-982-7804. Has a class action suit been filed yet?

My brother and I have a new product that just hit the market and 2 weeks ago we got a call from As Seen On TV Productions in Boca Raton and today we received "Vendor Agreement" identical to those referenced here. It calls for a $14,700 fee for 150 commercials on ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox, etc. This time, however, they used a different phone number: 561-613-6010 and our contact's name is Robert Miller but it's the same group! As Seen On TV Productions - This company calls from different phone numbers including 561-241-4949 and 561-206-6659. This company produces worthless overpriced videos with the [***] promise that they are going to sell your product on TV. Their website at www.asseenontvproductions.com shows a few videos that they may or may not have produced, demonstrating an "implied relationship" with high quality companies. Your product will likely never be purchased by them, and likely not ever be purchased by any of their "customers" either. If there is ANY company that has had any positive results with this company, somebody would have defended this company on this post by now. Make no mistake, they are selling you a video production service - THAT IS ALL! You could get the same quality video anywhere for $1000 which you can post yourself on Youtube and get the same results. Their packages of $14,000 or whatever are 90% profit for them. They are not in the TV response business, they are in the video production business. They say that their deal includes "air time" but the truth is that they are pretty much selling you just AIR. As Seen On TV Productions preys on your hope to make money in the mysterious world of TV direct response, and takes advantage of your lack of understanding. False promises, overpriced services, completely worthless. Do not do business with this company, they have no integrity.If any company has had positive results, I challenge you to post your real company name with a link to the video that they produced for you, and give us a way to verify that you are not just this scammer company posting a fake positive review.
