Just received a VM from Bill Mott, Caller ID No. (561) 206-6667. I'm not calling him back, just wanted to post the number in case others are googling it.

David Anderson called last week (left VM - we didn't return based upon this forum - thank you!). He called again today with the ploy that he wanteds to place an order. I asked that we be removed from their call list and he responded he does not have a call list and wanted to place an order. He then hung up on me. Oh well - perk of owning your own company is picking the customers you want. Thanks again for this forum.

I got the same call after sending out a press release for a new company. I'll admit I was initially interested, as they said all the right things. He (Scott Kay?) had some business sense and the lingo down. However, as you stated they were too agreeable and the contract he sent out was oddly worded with typos and went too far out of its way to handle possible objections. Pretty good scam all things being said. It prey's upon your desire to succeed.

My company sent out a press release and sure enough, we were contacted by As Seen On TV Productions. They gave us the whole spiel that everyone else here writes about including asking for a $14,700 vendor fee and promising to place a $3,000 order upon executing their agreement. Reps that tried to sell us were David Anderson and Lou Schwartz. I'm sure if I asked, they'd be willing to sell me a bridge in Brooklyn too. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this "company."

We to got a call from this company As Seen on TV Productions out of FL. 1(561-613-6010 as well as number 1(561) 241-6252 by a man of the name Bill Mott. He called back multiple times after leaving him a message.He wanted no part in explaining who they truly were after I said they were not the real As Seen on TV which is fine theres always other companies but then he got very aggravated when i mentioned i thought it was a scam. He cursed at me said I was making a huge mistake and hung up. I called back and said why not explain who you are then.He proceeded to curse at me more and then hung up again. Got a call from this company after showing at a major trade show. Luckily, I had read other people's reviews, so when Ms. Quinn called back I asked her, "Are you the real As Seen On TV company, or the other one I've been reading about online?" She said the company name was not proprietary and that anyone can use it. I reminded her of trademark law, but then asked if they were the company that charge the big production fee. She said yes, and I told her my company could never afford $14,000.00 These scammer are still at it, so watch for the 561 prefix when they call. Your caller ID will probably say Production Studios or PROD STUDIO when they call.

So did your commercials air in late August / early September? Do you feel you got your $14K worth?

Just received a call from Bill Mott from As Seen on TV productions. Asked to speak to someone in Marketing even though he said that they are interested in purchasing product to sell on TV commercials, so red flag there. Marketing = they want your money. I drilled him with questions. This is where he turned rude so I hung up on him. He had the nerve to call back and ask if I took down his info before I hung up on him. HA! He is a scammer. Also got the call today 10/3/2017 from "David Anderson" 561-613-6010, same pitch. $14,700 for a commercial and we choose 3 channels. They start right in on the "product evaluation" and "selection" Wasted 30 minutes of my time, sounds like a scam.

He just called and i asked that he email any information he refused so i hung up and he called me back to say the same thing and ask why i hung up and then hangs up the phone on me..Childish!
