Received the exact same call and sales pitch from Kenny Kleid at 561-206-6672. The $14,700 "vendor fee" seemed excessive, and after reading these posts my suspicions were confirmed and I have decided against it! Very disappointing, but happy to avoid what could have been a disaster later on. Thanks for the info folks, power to the people!

Just got off the phone with Mr. Bill Mott; he hung up on me! Kept pressing for pricing and info on my products to determine whether or not they would be interested in purchasing them for resale. I asked him to email me information about his company, to which he replied that he could direct me to his website. I then told him that he was welcome to view my website for pricing; he insisted he needed wholesale pricing. Back and forth, back and forth (with me all the while knowing I would not be doing business with him since this was the second person from this company to try and convince me to do business with them), he finally said there were other companies that sold my product and that he would "move on to the next". Click. Good luck to the next; hopefully they will see this string of emails! His number, by the way, was 561-206-6667.

Sr. Buyer from the Home Shopping Group says he "wants to buy my products" then only wants the cost of the infomercial as payment...not exactly a scam but i find the best bet is to never, ever answer the phone from area cose 561 Boca Ratan FL seems to be the armpit home of these slimy critters.

Received call from Home Shopping Group - left no msg as to why this "Sr. Buyer / Producer" was calling our business office. Turns out that, after speaking to the receptionist, it's the same thing as REK reported above. Cold Call.

Home Shopping Group looking to put one of our products on TV. Price was fair for what they were offering, but not in our extremely limited marketing budget. One day, hopefully...

I have a few businesses that are closely related, and amusingly received calls from the same guy but with different names. How is that for honest marketing??? Anyway, they make money by producing a very expensive infromercial. You lose money by giving it to them. It will never be seen of course unless you pay a lot more money to adverttise it on their remnant portfolio of ad slots - i.e. 4:00 am on a cable show. good luck with that.Do yourself a favor and don't fall for these types of scams. It really is too good to be true.
