Somebody has some major explaining to do. This does not look good at all. Are people's fears now a reality? Is this truly a scam? What's the deal guys? currently working with halawcenter, still quite nervous, but very hopeful, just contacted my mortgage company & they said they had no record of any contact from halawcenter, i will contact the legal dept of my mortgage company & see if they will confirm contact or deny, i don't think they will be willing to admit the contact because it will greatly affect their profits, any suggestions out there or previous experience welcome!

please help me to be confident of my decision, how long did this modification take? what if we go beyond the 90 day late period? who do i contact to confirm this is working? thanx for your assist, john

i am in same boat, feeling nervous, but i know the bank won't really help me, i did bbb research & got good results + good feedback from internet before i paid my $$$, now there is alot of - info from many people, but they are not following thru with their loan modification, i hope this geys done soon!!!!
