what?

You state it's a scam and give their information, but you give no proof that it is a scam. I'm not doubting you, I'm just looking for some solid answers as to whether or not it's scam. Someone dear and close to me is on the verge of doing business with them and before they get taken for a ride, I'd like some concrete evidence/proof that this is or isn't a scam..

Bravo-----------I'd like to get the figures on how many people he helped in comparison to how many he screwed. He's not in jail for helping people, that's for sure.

Same here. Considering them for last chance of any hope. I am trying to get my name on property I stand to inherit with a collosal mortgage. I've been told that I have no chance of seeing the property nor the mortgage in my name because in order to obtain it I have to qualify for it. Since I can't qualify for it, I can't have it, so they can't modify it. How do you modify something you don't have? They said they can do all that and get a lower fixed rate with a reduced principal. I'm afraid of losing $2500 along with my house. This whole thing terrifies me. The original mortgage was the result of my uncle's greed. He tricked my grandma, having Alzheimer's at the time, into signing power of attorney. He transferred the house that me and my mom lived in into his name only and racked up 2 mortgages totaling $350,000. Then the SOB died and we all found out what he did. Long story short - I am left holding the bag, my mom is gone and I don't want to lose our family house. I'm sick of paying for something my f'ing uncle did. I'm running out of money and running out of time. F%&k!

Same thing happened to me and my family. I did not realize that people would actually PREY on someone in a desperate situation. I thought that I did my research, I checked out Karen Grun and the BBB before sending my so called "retainer fee" and still ended up ripped off! I hope we see our money again someday, after all we did work for it so why should anyone else get to keep it.
