My husband and I were foolish enough to believe that our real estate agent who knew a family member, and our finance man had our best interest in mind, after all they were going to be making money off of us. We were wrong, they said we could afford a house $20,000 more than the one we ended up buying. Thank God we did not fall for that or we would be living in a box with our kids. We have to struggle just to pay the bills at the house we did end up buying. I guess we have learned that everyone is out for their own gain and who cares what happens to everyone else! Ripped off by our agent, finance man, and Jason Vitulano. UGH, I am scared to death to spend a dime,( in the off chance that I can scrape and extra one together)!
Wow! Thank you cards. You must be the same "gentleman" who assured me you get flowers on your desk from satisfied customers. I believe that you may have put a few loans through to protect your a**, but then continued to scam us! Thanks for all your hard work, all those b.s. papers you sent me and the giant pain in the neck you put us all through. My paper work and everything else was "extremely time sensitive" due to Obamas plan so my stuff was in, you ripped us off!
Jason Vitulano is serving time for charges other then the loan modification scam. Will that scam that screwed so many not even give JV any more time at Grey Bar ??????????

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
