FHA Allday changed their name to Hall FirmThese people are scammers, they scammed my mother out 2500.00 claiming to help her with a loan modification. Its been more than 3 months now and I have been trying to help my mother find these people...its like they fell off the face of this earth. There telephone numbers are bogus now and website is not working. If anyone has any information on them and/or how to try to get her money back PLEASE HELP!!! My mother is a single woman w/ 3 kids that still live with her. I am her older daughter and I am soo scared of my mother losing her home and her and my 3 younger brothers becoming homeless b/c of this BULLS**T.

this is such a scam.. stay away.. mortgage companies do loan modifications with no charge at all .. this is why u r trying to do the modification because u are unable to keep these payts. please dont send money to any man named joe lenard. its a huge scam!!!

What's most disturbing is that there are masses of people desperate for help and the internet is full of promises. Unless you can get it in writing - even if you can get it in writing - it can all still disappear into thin air along with your money and last hopes. Anything on the internet just floats and unless you can physically go to an office and speak with a real person...it may as well not exsist.The internet is too convenient. We are too lazy to get up and get out of the house if we don't have to. I agree that in order to get complaints you have to have been in business long enough to get them. Hold off just a bit longer and see what surfaces in July and August. I'll put money on it that people will be getting burned this summer but not from the sun.

i send a casher check to fha allday in march they told me about interst be low and you can save 700.00hanadard. dollors evey month.now i try to get my money back nobody answer the call.iam in bad shaved ineed my $3000.00dollor to saved my house.

I too received a call from this number, but I was doughtfull. I have been scamed before and I have learned that when it sound too good to be true it usually isn't. The bad thing is when you the home owner is in big trouble with mortgage and there is no one to turn to no family to borrow from and your payment history with mortgage gets you denied for a loan. You get this call and they make it sound so very good they give you hope of help, but guess what if I had the 2,500.00 they are asking for a fee I would need there help I could pay my mortgage.. I am just glad that I was smart enough to look further into this.. And thanks to the comments here I was correct in my assumation.

Yeah, this place is a chop shop ala "Boiler Room" style. The office is set up for quick relocation. Dont believe me, just take a drive by their office and you'll see where their scam money is going to,(lamborghini,rolls-royce, large cigarette boat.) Its only a matter of time before they get busted.
