I just got a call from this number and caller is said "phone scam" Haha. Thanks caller id :) yes, it went unanswered

And explain to us what reporting these calls to an antiphishing and statistics site does for us as far as stopping these calls? As far as I can find the answer will be nothing. They have no authority of any kind, they have no government affiliation even in England where they are based. The scammers do not care how they are rated and have nothing what-so-ever to do with phone companies but rather are concerned with internet phishing and internet statistics. It would seem you are actually SPAMMING us with a web address and company rather than helping eliminate this threat. You may or may not be aware of this but.. please explain your side of this and any information you may have that would help us understand what this website has to do with phone scams.

I never answer any calls if I do not know the number, but this one made me laugh, it simply said Phone Scam & the number. Nice they are telling us now that it's a scam !!!!

I keep getting calls from this "cardholder services" saying there is nothing wrong with my account but i need to hurry to take advantage of their offer to lower interest. When I press 9 to speak to an operator and ask them to stop calling, they hang up on me. This is harrassment and they need to know that if it continues, I am filing a police report and a report with the phone company. We will see what they do then.

You are correct, first none of the suggested companies you mentioned in the first part of your message have either anything to do with stopping the calls, the authority to stop these calls, or the desire to stop these calls. As for the FCC I contacted them and was told they would not share any information about whether they were doing anything about Card Holder Services, would I like to file a complaint? I told her, and this is a fact, I have filed 19 such complaints with the FCC. This is not done by a phone call but rather a form filled out out and mailed (I believe you can file a report with the FCC online as well). The first form I actually thought something would happen! The second time I called for a form I explained to the FCC representative that I get these calls every two weeks or so and could she send me a handful of forms? She laughed and said "sure, maybe you can end this as I get the calls too!" so I have so far filled out the 19 forms... No change so far..

this number just called my house and the caller ID said 'Phone Scam' then the number. Didnt answer it of course but i had to laugh that it popped Phone scam up on the ID.
