Came up on caller ID phone scam, so I didn't answer it!

Caller left no message, but the caller ID showed "PHONE SCAM". At least this caller ID is honest.

Same as the rest. Rachel's pretty busy. Please block & report to FCC...

Someone from this number called today. The Caller ID was Attica. I screen all my calls and do not answer if I do not recognize the ID and number.

This is the information I have on this. It is a marketing company to lower you interest rates. They initially told me they were from Cardmember Services. I have no idea how they get all of this information but they have everything. They gave me my account #, the balance, my last payment and the date that payment was made. I inquired how they have all of this information? The associate said if they were not legitimate they wouldn't have it. I didn't have to give them info. I was transferred to another associate and they said it would cost $690. No No No..that's not happening. I guess that's how they get their money. I called my card company (Chase) this morning and was told that they didn't have any information on this company or knowledge of any scams. It sounds like they are legitimate but it's going to cost a lot of money. What I have found is they start with Cardmember Services but they're also known as Global Solutions International and Success Track. The phone numbers I have are 727-565-1093; 567-248-4400; and 877-506-2948.

Just received the same call but didn't answer this time. They call periodically, actually fairly regularly and I just do not answer most of the time.I am in Oklahoma. Will certainly report to FCC and Ohio Attorney General and might just take the time to complain to every elected official on the State and Federal levels representing Ohio.Caller I.D.: Caller 567-248-4400 08:14 p.m.

The automated message identifies itself as "Rachel from card holder services". Caller ID only identifies the incoming call as "CALLER". Just another scam to separate you from your money and ID. We're on the National do not call list and I see the FCC has pretty much dropped the ball here. Maybe we should complain about the FCC not doing their job.
