A man called my cell phone number. I normally don't give this number out. He asked for me using my full name. When I asked who was calling he hung up.

Just got a call from "Press Ganey" at this number. Didn't answer because I didn't know who they are. However, a little googling reveals that Press Ganey is a health care survey firm, and I did recently receive a patient satisfaction survey sponsored by medicare--but forgot to mail it back. (Hint, guys--send online surveys...) In any case, so far, no message left. It does appear that Press Ganey is a legit firm, but I can't find out if this phone number legitimately tracks back to it. Will update if a message is left.

robocall on my phone from 574-309-9553 caller ID said "PRESS GANEY" on Wednesday 01-18-17 at 414 PMphone rang and female caller was on line asking for the phone owner by name.talked in high pitch voice and asked "who are you?"female caller did not say they were with Press Ganey but she said they were calling for "CMS"of course that is the Center for Medicare / Medicaid Servicestold female caller "I can't deal with you !" and hung up

Stop Calling

I have gotten a couple calls from these people in the last few days. I haven't been in the hospital, ER and I don't get dialysis, so I have no idea why they are calling. I haven't answered and they leave no message. I figure if it's that important they would at least leave a message. Can't be that all fired up important then.

This company called me at 10:41pm... That is ridiculous! I was laying with my daughter and ran to the phone thinking it was an emergency, at the very least, an important call. Caller ID said 574-309-9553

robocall on my phone from 574-309-9553 caller ID said "PRESS GANEY" on Friday 01-20-17 at 1036 PMMale caller with west african accent like from kenya said when asked that he was calling for CMS.had to have him repeat several times as his english was atrocious"asked him what for?"male caller said "he was doing a follow up survey (and couldnt understand what specifically for)."I told him "no you are not !!! if you want a survey done then send it through the mail."told him much louder "And I don't want U calling back here again. Do you understand me."I then disconnected the call.still think this is some sort of SCAM instead of a legit call.we shall see if this is not legit - they will call back.
