Getting about a call a week or so from this number which I have blocked with an awesome android app called Should I Answer. I did recently have an ER visit but these calls began LONG BEFORE that and therefore I don't believe it's a hospital survey. The one time I did answer, no one said anything.

Received call regarding evaluating a hospital. As no one in family has had a hospital admissions, became suspicious. Recently received information that a doctor's office medical records (one that family members visited) had been hacked. Advised to check credit reports, etc., because of information that would have been in medical records. I would be very very cautious about this individual requesting information for a survey.

I just reported the number to FTC - being on the DONOTCALL registry does not block these type of calls, but reporting to FTC will result in them finding the culprits and stopping them or even have them sued or charged by FTC, with or without compensation, whatever the outcome is if you have reported and in the event of a future or ongoing case against these perpetrators.

called 2 days in a row, no message. Don't know anyone in Indiana.

In my case it was contracted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. I had received a survey in the mail about this as well. Legitimate.

They called and hung up without leaving a message when my answering machine kicked in. If they were a legitimate business, they would leave a message. It think it's just another way to pump you for information.

Yeah, these guys call nearly every day for weeks now. The display on my TracFone is Preskini and Associates. Because I have limited cell phone minutes the only calls I answer are people I know.Anything else I do not waste my minutes on. I do feel these telemarketer/surveyers have a right to make a living, but I am not going to deny my elderly Mother in Law to spend my Tracfone minutes on them. Too expensive. I am in dialysis, guess that is where they got my number. I am tired of their surveys too!
