A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and have had that rating for year...yet these schmucks keep screaming 'scam! scam! scam!' ... and we don't make people think we have a relationship with your city - we DO have a relationship with your city. deal with it.

This number calls our office at least 40 times a day and there is never anyone on the other end. Obviously computer generated calls. I have requested "do not call" but there is no one there to hear my request. I would love to see whoever is responsible for these calls to be prosecuted!

All you really need to do is check out all the BBB (better biz bureau) complaints about this company and you'll have all you need to know. I received an unsolicited sales call for them where they scheduled an appointment for me to talk to another sales people. The sales call was all about name dropping and leading questions. When we answered "no" to one of their leading questions the salesperson simply said, "this isn't going to work out" and hung up on us. Yes, she HUNG UP ON US. These people are rude, have a terrible professional reputation and I urge any businesses in my community (Athens, Ohio) to stay well clear of them.

Bob...I called our Mayor's office in Scranton, PA. They have no idea who you are, they have no idea what the project is and they do not endorse you. What reply do you have now?

"Carissa" called asking for the business owner saying they are partnering with El Paso county on a project and wanted to set up a meeting with business owner. Carissa only gave her name and not the actual business she is calling from (unprofessional)- she was pushy, (even after informing her we are a very busy *business*) she was wanting to know when she could call or when the BM would be available for a 15 minute meeting. Instead, I asked her for a number where she can be reached if were interested.If you dance around who your company IS and lacking transparency- we don't want anything to do with you.585-427-0020 was the number on caller ID585-704-3172 was the number Carissa gave us to call her back

Shawn, I guess that would depend on your definition of "right". Screwing over your customers and employees with barely livable wages and a garbage overpriced relocation film doesn't generally fall within the guidelines of doing right...by anyone. Continue to drink the "Kool aid"...see how far that gets you at your precious "$60 million" joke of a company.
