They called me today. Asked for me by first name only, and when I asked what it was about, they did say they were from OSI, and it was concerning my "application." I haven't filed any applications in quite a while, and definitely not with them. I told the guy I didn't know anything about it and hung up. He called back, and I let the call go to the answering machine -- he didn't choose to leave a message.

I just got a call from this company and didn't answer because I did not know the number, nor do I know anyone from Ohio. I put them into voicemail, surprise..they didn't leave a message. I do have a student loan and am not in default, I pay it every month on time. I'm not sure why they're calling me. I also tried calling them back, but the line is busy..another surprise.

Hey Tony, you call my house again, I'll be sure to utilize all resources to find out who you are and end this harrassment once and for all. This is only the beginning, understand? You need not call 5:30 AM, nor call back after I tell you to stop calling my house. Comprende?

class action suit - company and it's harrassing employees - maybe payback on loans due for being violated for other people's mishaps - let's see where this goes...

They were told two weeks ago never to call me again and to send me any legal paperwork they had. They didn't call again until today. Just in the last 15 minutes they have called FIVE times. I do not take the calls. I don't think they would like the name I gave them in my phone contacts, as it's not very complimentary! If you have a class action suit put together on this, please contact me, I will join in. They refuse to accept that I am physically disabled and unable to work, hence unable to pay them.
