Hey, so I am in the same boat. I have been getting the same calls from 617-390-4562, 253-246-8553, 802-230-6357, and a while slew of others.By chance, are you military? A while back (about when this stuff started happening) my insurance, Tricare lost a laptop. They swear up and down that no one could have taken information from it. I sort of believe them but it's too much to call a coincidence.Can you think of anything that may have triggered it?

Good Luck with the FTC, they are utterly and completely useless, like almost all of our bloated government. This same bunch of criminals have been working this scam for at least 2 or 3 years and not one damn thing has been done about it in all of that time.

If you find them, or I, I will be more than happy to go with you. We can take turns at beating the attitude out of him. When we are done we drop him off at the capital with a thank you note.

I have made a sport out of wasting their time. I go through the process of giving them (fake) info they want to hear just to see how long I can keep them on the phone. Every minute of my call hurts them a little bit. When I finally tell them that they are scumbag criminals, I get a variety of responses. One guy told me that there are 5,000 of them and they will never be caught or stopped. Another one threatened to kill me. Most often, they insult my me and my relatives. Today I got a call from them and wasn't in the mood to toy with them so I just started verbally abusing him right away. He said that if he wasn't at work he would blah blah blah. I explained that I was very familiar with the scamming operation he was a part of. For some reason, he had a long conversation with me about the whole operation. He claims that he makes $2,000/wk and is part of a legitimate business. Even after my verbal abuse, he offered to take my # off of their list. Just in case he had the ability to do so I said "sure". They called again 5 minutes later. People on this site have posted numbers and addresses that they claim are the main company behind this. They have all been wrong. I can't wait for the day when these people get caught. I will buy donuts for every one of you.

Constant phone calls to reduce credit card interest rate.

I am getting calls from this company many, many , many times everyday/How can we stop them???Please Help

I hear all the time. push 9 to continue, push 3 to stop the call. I do that all the time, Some times I will push 9 and tell then not to call and they hangup on me. This have been going on of years.

I've been getting calls from this number to lower my interest rate for the past few months. Every time I answer and press one, the phone automatically disconnects. When I call back, the number is busy. VERY annoying.

I would like to stop calls to my phone from this number. Do not know who they are?

I'm getting call from this number, I have pressed 1 and asked what credit card they are refer to, their reply was what it could be any credit card. I asked to be taken off the list. I have asked the customer service person NOT to hang up on me, I want to be taken off their list and they hang up as quickly has they can.STOP CALLING! DID NOT NEED any assist from your company.
