Same here. 5 calls, the last one said it was my final notice to lower cc rate. Thought I'd see who it really was so I pressed 1. The guy answered and asked how much cc debt I had. I said, I don't know but are you affiliated with [my bank]? Hung up before the word bank came out of my mouth. Very frustrating.

I am sick and tired of getting calls from this number because they have called so many times. I pick the telephone up and cut them off trying to discourage them from calling but that doesn't seem to work either. I do not talk or listen to their spill because I do not give any info to anyone by phone. I wish there was SOMETHING that could stop these people from calling.

Sounds great in theory. I tried this. Kept them on for about 20 minutes then dropped the bomb that THEY were being scammed by me. The next 5 calls I got after that (within 10 minutes) were of OTHER people that the scammers gave my number to. They were saying that when they asked to get off the call list MY number was given and they said that I told them to call.You cannot win. Just don't answer calls you don't know.

The scum bags never shop .. I blocked them on smart limits - an with a week or 2 same scum bags with a new number .I do want to say , I ordered a part from carbras .com .Who take my phone number an then sold it . That is when all these calls started .I BLOCKED 15 NUMBERS SO FAR ......Good Luck

Same complaint already on file. Credit card reduction call that no one will talk to you about when #1 is pressed.

I am constantly getting phone calls from this number. They want to reduce my credit card debt but they do not want talk to me about it. I do not have any debt. My phone number is on the no call list, but they still call.

Sick of these people calling my work cell phone!

lol I have the same crap happen, but I got a person and the second I asked the creep "what I would like to know, is how you got my number" he hung up on me. now how about THAT for harrassment?? This happened to me over a year ago. I was constantly being called and when I pressed #1 for an actual person and would tell them to take me off the list they would simply hang up on me. I also have my number on a no call list. apparently it means nothing.

I have tried all the above and had no success. They just keep hanging up on me. The real kicker is, I do not even have a credit card. Haven't had one in 20 years.It is amazing that no one is able, better willing, to stop these people with all the technology we have.The next time they call I will take matters into my own hand since our lovely gov. has allowed these pos' to continue. I have a wonderful air-horn that will either get their attention or bust an ear-drum.

I am on the no call list and i keep getting these calls and this one came from 617-390-4562. how can I make these unwanted telemarketers stop calling. does the no call list not work or what??
