I work for rose out of Jefferson City, MO. We are a staffing firm recruiting all over the country. Large corporations that have absorbed many other companies and can only determine if your re-hireable by running your ssn. It is used to track your work history. The company is owned by Indians and subsequently employs many Indian recruiters. Danita sits across the Cubicle City from me and had VERY legitamate oppotunities for you. Oh well! guess you missed out.
You missed a genuine opportunity. Too bad for you! She prob got your resume from careerbuilder or Monster.
Well they do sometimes genius. I see it everyday!
Roseit.com. aka. Rose international. This is a company that stinks like a skunk instead of smelling like a Rose because they are nothing but a fake India-call-center with virtual numbers in the US... that are sticking their nose in the US job market so they can fill the spots with H1b's when the visa quota gets lifted again... then they start attacking US locals on the phone harassing them to death with fake interviews where designed to make you "unqualified" so they h1b visa people can legally apply to a job in the US. If you get a call from them run away and don't answer them... all they do is waste you time, and their jobs are not worth working at... you will end up being a trainer for some of their india-dummies that are remotely viewing your computer in another room in the Company to "learn" from you.
The company is owned by Indians and subsequently employs many Indian recruiters (as well as American). It is a very legitamate company in operation for 18 years.
Maybe you should do a little more investigation before you bad-mouth a company in operation supplying jobs for over 18 years employing Indians and Americans. Sombody prob just punched in a number wrong on your email or Google Map. Anyways the recruiter was not supposed to give you the adress so your sloppy [***] does not show up like an idiot at that location asking for an application.
Its not illegal to ask for a ssn for employment purposes genius. It is the only way large corporations who have absorbed many other companies over the years can track whether or not you have worked for ANY of thier companies and are in fact re-hireable. The company is owned by Indians and subsequently employs many Indian recruiters. I am based out of Jefferson City, MO and recruit mostly for California and other West Coast states. Sounds like you missed out on a good employment opportunity!
I don'y understand the following. How do they do that? Background Checks/Public Records?
Danita is VERY busy. The position prob closed or she found a better candidate and forgot to let you know.
YES and they all claimed to be from New Jersey. Give me a FKING break!
