I have worked as a contractor for Rose International at Kaiser in California. It was supposed to ne for 4 months and lasted almost a year! Everything went great, I even got a permanent job with Kaiser and so I would hope that peole could try to be trusting (just don't give social security to anyone) unless you go INTO AN OFFICE FOR AN INTERVIEW! Good Luck to everyone! It is tough but Rose was good to me!
I have worked with Rose International for the past several years on a few different assignments. Their employees are professional, and helped me find positions that fit my skills and capabilities. They have been attentive to my needs, and provided excellent help with my job search. They also took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I had all of the information that I needed. I would recommend working with Rose International. They are efficient and easy to work with to find a job!
The only reason a social is asked for is for the rehire policy from BOA. It's not Rose International at all, but all agencies need it in order to submit you to a position with BOA to determine if you're eligible to work for BOA. ONLY REASON!
this Company sucks. Bad hiring practices sos prey upon people who need work and will do anything to ruin good reputations based on resumes'. I am someone who knows because this has happened to me. Quit the bully techniques and start being human. Stop treating people who can do the job like trash for Affirmative Action. That's all this is inhumane hiring practices. No wonder American families are suffering because of violated cycles of Employment at Will right to work states. Know your RIGHTS AMERICANS!
And after supposedly working with them for "several years" you suddenly decide to look them up on a site where people look up unknown numbers to tell us how great they are? Nobody does that. The only time we see BS posts like yours is when the scammers pay shills like you to try to control the damage this site does to the scam by disseminating the truth. You lies only reinforce the multiple pages of complaints against you clowns. Now it's back to the boiler room with you. Thanks for playing.
I know somebody working at BOA and she told me a couple of weeks ago she put in a referral for me for a temporary position. She said they would call me. I don't want to become the victim of a scam so I am very careful. I am interested in the position of course. I received an email sunday night they want me to do a background check with first advantage online and then do fingerprints at the police station. I called the number and an american lady talked to me. the one that send me the email. I am not sure what to do. The girl that referred me is not in town right now she is on vacation so i can't confirm all this. I don't want to quit my job for a scam nor give out info not knowing what it is.
Actually, there is no good reason to divulge your SSN or date of birth at the beginning of the process, especially to someone unknown contacting you out of the blue. When you have met the hiring authorities and are shortlisted, then it is appropriate to give personal information so that they can do their due diligence.
I have posted about Rose International before on other sites. They are a legitimate company. The website is www.roseint.com.
I got a call from this exact number and am very glad I looked this up. I checked out Rose international and at first it seemed like it was a legit company. Then I starting using different variations in the google search and came upon this. Most are talking about job offers for Bank of America. This Indian sounding foreign guy was offering me a job for ESPN. But in his email he said this company was located in Berlin, CT. And being from CT and having worked at ESPN thru another temp agency in the past I know it is located in Bristol. After sending him an email first telling him my reservations and saying the ESPN is not in Berlin, he emailed back right away correcting himself about Berlin. All seemed really shady. And he said the Production Assistant position would pay 20 an hour and I am very sure they do not get paid that amount, especially not thru a temp agency. I almost gave him the info but it seemed to good to be true. He wanted my name, birthdate(day/month), last 4 digits of SSN. I have worked with temp agencies before and never have they asked for this info over the phone and email is such a quick/demanding manner. Actually even told me to update my resume with embelishments about the supposed position. He wanted me to send it so fast saying the position will go quick. Pretty sure he just wanted me to pull the trigger quickly so I didnt have time to do this research. I felt pretty excited at first, what a bunch of scumbags. Another thing, why would someone hire a recruiter who could barely speak english. I could barely understand what the dumb foreigner was saying
