No virus service nor Windows will call you up to tell you that your computer is having issues.They just want access to your computer to see what personal info they can get from it & or lock it up or give you a virus / trojan so they can tell you if you want it removed, pay them.

Got a call from this number, caller ID just had "wireless caller", the man with pretty heavy Indian accent asked for my husband - when I indicated that he wasn't available - he said "I'm calling about his computer" - at that point I hung up having had "Microsoft" call me before - sick of these scammers.
This is incredible, this number has been making calls since 2013. Where is law enforcement? You would think that by now they could find these criminals and lock them up, or better yet, turn them over to me!
Received a call from 646-612-3456 on 10/24/2016 at 4:34 PM the CNAM read as "Wireless Caller." I did not answer and they did not leave a message.
