5/2 CID 'Wireless Caller' - several rings, disconnect, no msg - typical scam call pattern - this old Microsoft scam has been around since at least 2013 - don't answer and block, if possible.

"Nancy" said she was calling from "Windows". Said there was unusual activity when I went on line. I told her I knew is was BS and she just hung up.

they don't leave a message as usually i am not home when they call. caller id says new york call n this number.

Called several times but no one is there when I hear the click as there picking up I whistle really loud they hang up its a scam!

Have received calls from 646-612-3456 numerous times. No one ever answers - it is very annoying.

Today is Saturday 10/15/16, I too received a call at exactly 10:44am less than an hour ago it is now 11:34am my computer is showing, this caller gave her name and wanted me to turn my computer on for they have been getting signal from same, at the same time she does not know my caller ID is showing wireless caller 1-646-612-3456. she asked for my name, I said this is she, then she began to go though this line of how they are getting signal from my computer, I told her I will check first with my internet company AT&T, mention also that I noted you are calling me from a cell phone, my phone has your # when I check will AT&T, I will call you back she said OK !, then I immediately check the phone # on my computer and noted all the other folks complaining about scam call from the said phone #. I tried to call their # just getting a busy signal. What I think is AT&T have them work on folks computer, remotely India and other countries, they then took it up on themselves, trying to scam people,wire there is always a noise in the background, sounded like a lot of office folks conversing.

Just got the call that my business computer maybe have a virus. Thanks guy said his name was John, did not sound like American more like a person from overseas like Indian, Iran whatever to me. So I told him that I was hanging up and then I was going to call the cops and that it was all a scam.

Didn't answer it. Looked like it's a spoofed number from the internet, originating from Asia.
