these people keep calling and i tell them that we don't know them because they are calling the wrong house

They call me about once a night but never leave a message. It could be an ATT bill collection, I may have something outstanding with them. if they ever decide to leave a message, i could call them back, but they dont. Perhaps i will just handle it thru ATT instead.

I was getting nonstop calls on my cell from from this FCS. Whats worse is the person they are looking for is a criminal who comited a violent crime against me. I'm a victim...to hear that persons name scared me half to dealth and had me in tears. He somehow got my number and gave it to them. When I explained the situation and asked for info to give to the police and parole office they refused to help and hung up on me each time I called back.BTW..if they are harrasing any one here for a bill READ THIS!!!They are knowingly breaking the law..therefor they are an UNLICENSED colletion agency. The things this company is doing breaks The Fair Debt Colletion Practices Act. Legit collection agencys don't do these things and they are licensed by the state.THE SECRET TO MAKE THEM STOP CALLING YOU (in some cases they will actually clear the debt just so they don't get caught lol)....Ask them repeatedly for thier state license number. They will try to ignore you...keep repeating the question. Tell them they are in violation of FDCPA laws and you want thier license # and are reprting them. If they hang up call them back and keep asking!! They will go away fast, because they do not have any license.

This is the second time I have been called by these people, once by 662-690-2281 and from 662-407-4441. Sounded like a threat to me. Should be a law about them people calling on private numbers. They have not called my home phone.

Got many calls from this number.

They call loking for another person but it is computerized so I cannot respond. They say to hang up if you are not that person, and I do, but they continue to call sometimes several times a day.

I had a call from them yesterday afternoon. I called them back and they stated they were looking for 2 individuals that I had never heard of before and stated that they thought they were calling a business, well it's obvious from my voicemail that it's NOT a business. I had advised them that I did not know either of them and had asked them to remove my number from their list and I was advised they would do so. WELL, today, I received yet ANOTHER call from them for someone else. I have advised them again that I do not know the individual and to REMOVE my name from their system. I just so happen to work for a very prominent law firm and should these calls continue, I will just have to see what type of action I can and will be able to take to make this stop! I don't know about you, but I don't like to be harrassed about folks that I know nothing about. Good luck to you all!
