Call # was not familiar to me, so I was given the option to decline the call. They left no message.
The number had an obvious recording sound as I answered and then a man asked if Jennifer were there. I have heard about a scam where people record you saying no or yes to a question and then using it as a means of fraud. To claim you did something or whatever. Anyway don't answer it, sounds fishy to me completely.
I also received a call from this number 11-09-2017 1637Hrs Eastern Time. Call did not display a company name, only the phone# and the call was NOT answered. I utilize an external caller id blocker that works from phone numbers and that number was quickly added. :)
Got a call asking for donations for fallen officers. They wanted a commitment over the phone and wanted my credit card number. This number says Nevada on my caller ID and I live in NY. I would like to give to a worthy cause so asked them to post me the details and I'll send my donation via thhe mail.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
