Call came in at 9pm at night! Seriously? I didn't give her a chance to say what she wanted. I asked if she realized the time and when she said yes, I told her no one should call that late. Then I hung up on her.
Called me again... This time from a Las Vegas number... The lady said she was calling for donations for breast cancer research. When asked what their website address was so I could check them out she told me they don't have one. I told her that raises a big red flag for me and I would have to decline.
They said they were collecting donations for breast cancer screenings. I told them that I was on a very limited income and couldn't send them any money, but that if they would be good enough to send some patients to my house, I 'd be happy to give them a very thorough examination. They hung up.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
