Rec,d this call. both times ask for my daughter who does not live here. calls from las vegas. would not give name. I suspect a debt collector.

Multiple calls from this number. If I don't answer, they do not leave a message. Today, I finally answered & was asked to donate money for women who can no longer afford their medication for breast cancer. When I asked how they got my name and number, I was told they purchase lists & the caller had no idea from who provided my name. I asked to be taken off their call list & was assured I would be.
I answered this number and they were looking for donations for breast cancer patients. Asked if they could mail me a donation packet. They had my name and address already. Scary huh

This number called me 20 times in a week times. I counted just so that I could see how many times. You answer and tell them to stop and they call back the next hour. You don't answer and they don't leave a message. It is so bad that I decided to put them in their spot and it work. I answered the phone and said. "you have reached a number that is being recorded by the local police department, your phone number is being traced and it will be used in a court of law if required. The number has not called back in 5 days. I wonder if it worked?

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
