This is a legitimate number for Navy Federal Credit Union. It was a customer service representative calling me regarding an email request I had sent to them earlier in the day.
This number left me a message including a legit 888 number for NFCU, regarding a recent request I made.
called me...rejected. called back - message says " you have reach a non-working number at Navy Federal Credit Union" then hangs up.
My phone message only started as 5948 like the end of the number and said it was concerning collection of a debt. I cant link the voice mail 5949 to 703 272 2013 except that the message was left at the same time as the missed call.
We got a few calls from this #, did not answer as we do not have any dealings with this company.
This is a legitimate NFCU Mortgage Department out bound only phone number. I was suspicious like everyone else who have posted here. However, rest assured that this is a NFCU Representative call you from an outbound only number.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
