Had a call from these idiots..could hardly understand had to ask him to repeat himself, said he was calling on behalf of comcast which I thought probably true because of the phone line quality !!! real crappy connection. Anyways he asked what we like watching..then he tried to sell us some movie channel for $12.00 a month..told him no thank you and hung up on him.If its a call from Comcast I want to see Comcast on my caller ID and all they are doing is proving what sort of low down useless company they are....If I want an extra movie channel I'll let them know..hate being cold called. Yes were on the DNC list..but what a joke that is..Call me once..you get a "polite" reply..twice you get a "nasty" reply..3rd time you get a WAR !
Just got a call from this number and the caller ID had the name of "Callpro, Inc" listed. I didn't answer. Just another aggravating telemarketer, I'm sure.
These people call my cell phone repeatedly, never leave a message, and never speak when you answer the call, just hang up.
calls, but never there when anyone picks up. several calls a day despite the fact i am on the national DoNotCall List ____ this looks to be their website.... call-pro.com ___ they appear to be a tele-marketer for cable television specializing in recruiting new clients, which is ironic because i already have cable tv & internet. ___ THESE idiots are about to COST their client (presumably Comcast and/or Cox) several customers because i am not the only one I know pisssed about the calls!!!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
