i got a call from 713-981-0098 and 2 calls from an "unknown" # on my personal cell #... i dont know anyone in prison, nor do i need to. they never state a name, it just says Global Tel Link and it doesnt state a prison or state... i just want to block the call bc to my understanding, cell phones cant receive collect calls.

1(713)981-0098 is a collect call from global telemarketing link a jail system believe from texas. i live in cali and have no relaives in texas one time they called and it wasnt a collect call and they said it was a emergency to call his sergent and gave me his id number i didnt even bother calling and i would suggest to anyone dont even bother answering those calls. They are expensive and has far has i know they are just bothering you.
Got a call from this number and from unknown number. First time saying an inmate from "North County Correctional Facilities" and second time saying an inmate from the "Los Angeles" jail system is trying to reach me. I don't know anyone in jail, so this is very fishy. I checked, and all those who matter to me are not arrested---so whoever is calling me can just rot there. haha.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
