Yeah I have gotten several calls from this number. Not even sure how they got this number... i am about ready to change it... because of these calls and other calls.... I never accepted the collect calls....
We just got a call from this number and ofI course didn't answer. It is more than coincidence that my we just heard our estranged step-daughter was arrested in west virginia. Still won't answer, even if it isn't a scam...shouldn't go to jail!
This # is a inmate trying to reach you. You cant call it back cause it is a service set up through GTL which is out of Texas. I talk to my boyfriend everyday and I add money through a different # that allows people in jail to be able to call me from any jail directly to my cell # only. If you get this call and u dont have a account already set up it will ask u if u want to and than ask for a credit card #.
Received a call. Creepy. Said it was a collect call from an inmate and the name was obscured, garbled. I hung up. The electronic voice said it was via Global Tel. Global tel should explain why this is happening? If they can.
So is this the number that is contected to your boyfriend or is this just a number that pops up from any one in jail?
I just started getting these too but I think from reading these post, that it is my husband trying to call from jail. He got picked up for tickets Saturday night and when i went to see him Sunday, he said he was trying to make a collect call but it wouldn't go through The calls show up about the same time he tried. and when I try call back it just rings!

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
