My dad is almost 90 years old his cal came through at 1am and woke him out of a sound sleep to accept a call from someone incarcarated. We do not have any one in jail. This really upset him and he could not sleep. Calls like this are not right, it could cause someone his age problems! This is ridiculious to do this to someone anyone in the middle of the night!!! These pranks should be put in jail!
Include Snohomish County Jail in Washington State as one of the Jails using this service/ number.

This number is a Houston, Texas number. Why would all the jails in the U.S. run their calls thru this number? This is a scam...I don't care what anyone says.
This number is used for inmate calls from many different county jails and state prisons around the country. This is the number that appears when my brother calls from Blackwater River Correctional Facility in Milton, Florida. I was skeptical at first, as it was another company handling inmate calls previously, but he was transferred to a privately run prison in Florida that uses this serviceman not Securus as I was used to. If they're asking for a credit card for a collect call on a cell phone, that makes sense seeing as how cell phones can't get collect calls. You have to set up a prepaid account with them if you're using a cell phone. A landline will probably take a collect call. Connectnetwork.com is their website. I am now getting calls again.
