Received 4 calls today from 713 981 0098.Claim that someone from the Pasadena jail gave me as a contact. I was to call a mumber ,give a bkg mumber and ask to speak to a Mr Medena. We tried the number which was busy, then I called the actual Pasadena Police Station , never heard of any of the numbers or Mr Medena! Started think about the whole thing and realized a big joke was played on me. Unfortunately I received calls during dinner and throughout the night. I will get to the bottom of this, and try to find out where these calls came from. Very disturbing.

got call at 10 p m the other nite from: 713-981-0098. It said it was an inmate from Yuba City Jail and was a collect call.I hung up. the guy stated his name but he garbled it so it was not identifiable to me let alone anyone else.

Constant calls

You accept the prepaid call if they have a calling card and then you talk... to the one who is likely someone incarcerated who has your phone number. This is the only way they can talk to you...you have to want to talk to the person calling, you will accept the call if you would like to speak to them. And if they have a calling card it won't show up on your phone bill unless you authorize it. My relative calls me who has prepaid minutes you still have to accept it.

Dave, if they say they are a collect call then they are not prepaid. a few days before I got another call from some guy that was trying to use me for a jack off recipient. these two calls were within a week, the sicko call was caller I Dd with the name: Dave something from yuba city.. evidently they got someones cell phone number from a guy named Dave and forwarded it to me. 2 weird calls in one week and not another one in 30 years. coincidence. I think not.

Id appreciate it if you no longer call my phone i dont know who you are neither do i care but if you know me id like further detail on who gave you my information about me and how we met

We keep getting calls on our cell phone from the 713 number above. We do not know anyone in Houston and finally call our cell phone co. and they are blocking these calls from coming in. Where do these people get our numbers?

I received these calls early in the morning 4:30am and 8:00am, answered the second call and want to know how to get this collect call off of my charges. Fortunately I did not call any number or let it get that far. Thanks for the comments on this website. I have a 20 year old son who lives away from home so to get a call like this is very disturbing.

If you are getting repeated phone calls, especially in the middle of the night, call Global Tel Link and get them to block your number. 877.650.4249 If you just get one call, don't worry about it. Inmates can mis-key phone numbers just like we all do on occasion.
