Recieved a call from Sandra Peters. She said it was a business to business call & wantedto verify our address. Said she was going to mail some information to us. I could barely hear her.She had a very strong accent.
These same people are calling Fr 206 414 3296 claiming that I have won 2.5 million, trying to get me to give up personal information. I am not happy about this.
This number just called me. 4:18 in the morning and they called? I said hello, heard breathing and then a beep as it hung up. What a waste of time. Thank God it was the middle of the night and cost me not even the minute they were on the line.
This number called my great grandmother,pretending to be me, telling her I was in big trouble i was in California and I needed $4000.
Received a call saying my debit card was being inactivated because of fraud. Through Beneficial - don't have an account with them. Wanted a 16 digit debit card number - DUH.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
