Called and left a message, but didn't say anything.
If you have call forwarding features (like on Verizon Digital Voice), than forward this jerk to 717-338-2533. That's the FCC Director's office phone. Maybe the FCC will finally do their job when they start getting the annoying calls. Since filing complaints with the FCC doesn't work at all
Just got a call from this number - guy was laughing so hard he could barely talk - didn't get his name (sure it wouldn't be right anyway) but said he was a microsoft technician calling about my computer. Then he said "and ma'am the reason I am calling today..." at which point he would totally crack up laughing, collect himself and then say it again. After the third time I hung up since 1) I've probably been using computers since he was in diapers (do they wear diapers in third world countries??) and 2) I knew without a doubt it was a scam of some sort and 3) Microsoft doesn't make unsolicited calls.Anyway, extremely irritating and I hope someone gets them stopped.
You married a [***]' moron
I have been getting harassing and threatening calls from a male with a heavy accent, can barely understand him. He also calls from a 320 area code. I have logged numerous messages but calls do not stop. Officers from my local police department has warned this person to stop calling, but still has the gaul to conintue to harass me. In this age of mass technology, there should be a way to stop these calls of threats and harassment. Oh but wait, the 'bad guys' always find a way to pursue meaness.
Limiting my visa debit card (which I don't have) asked me to press one and give my debit card number so they can reactivate card. Yeah, right!
FBI or Secret Service, ROTFLMFAO. Are you a real moron or do you just play one here?
I got a call from this number but it was legitimate. The call was from a friend in Central America calling from his Central American cell phone. But instead of displaying his cell phone number, curiously, the caller ID had this number: 720-708-1000. So, I wonder if this is the US line for incoming international calls or something. Just a word to the wise, it might be a legitimate call.
please stop calling.answer phone and no one replies.
Received a call today (02/15/12) approx. 15 minutes ago. Didn't get the name of person calling - he had a very heavy accent; sounded like Indian (?) and talked very rapidly. Had difficulty understanding him & kept asking him to repeat what he was saying. I was able to piece together that supposedly we had a contract with Microsoft & they had detected a problem with our computer and we needed to sign on so they could fix it. I was quite sure it sounded like a scam but wanted my husband to verify it so told the guy he needed to talk with my husband. Within a few seconds my husband told him he wasn't interested & hung up. Hopefully we won't get any more calls from them.I'm contacting our local news channel consumer reporter to alert them to this scam.Don't know
