i just got a call on my office phone from this number. Caller says he is John Robert Richaud, Jr. and is looking for an attorney to help him get 600k back from his wife. I heard screaming in the background the entire time. it sounded like he was calling from within a state penitentiary, honestly. That would explain the inability to trace the number. probably a prison pay phone. He said he got my name out of the bar directory.
Just received a call from this number. He said he was from "safe card" he already had my name and address but wanted information for a medical card. He said the state of Tennessee has authorized his company to collect this information and generate emergency health cards to assist EMT calls. When I asked for his name and number so I could verify with our EMT agency. He hung up. I called the EMT's here, they said the state has not authorized a mass phone call solicitation and this is a scam.
Answered once and hung up and now they continue to call back about every two hours. I will try the supervisor next time.
We keep getting calls-hang ups or no message or 2 rings and hang up.Also NOW private number-same routine.

Just got a call from this number asking if I owned the house, then followed up with asking for my First and Last name. The person talking sounded like a bot but I couldn't tell for sure. It may have been a real person (or a persons character) with extremely awkward pauses in their speech.
Dude Totaly lied -- asked for the my business partner using his intials and acted like they were old friends -- call ended quick due to bad connection .... called the # back and it said it was not a working #
I actually made a call from my home phone and the person I called said they almost didn't answer because thsi is the number that showed up on their caller id. I told them to hang up and I would call back and the same thing happened. I did notice that there was a long pause before the phone started to ring. Hope my line isn't tapped. How could that have happened?
My husband just got a call on his cell from this number on Feb. 1, 2012. He did not answer. Looked the number up and it came out of Colorado.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
