I am having the same problem yall....I dont know what the deal is I dont owe any $....yet I get several calls a day at absured times in the day...oh wait I just got a another call from them...this is crazy!!! its 7:30 at night....I got dreams too. how do I put an end to this madness?

I don't know who this is. They did ask for me but did not identify themselves. I suspect it may be a colleciton agency but I really have no idea.

This company is Macy's Customer Service. My father passed away in April of 2008. After telling them over a dozen times that my father is dead they still continue to call and harass us. The hours that they call are atrocious, weekdays and weekend at all kinds of hours. Ban Macy's from your Shopping list. My mother is currently ill and they have the ignorance to continue their exceedingly poor practices. They disgust me and everyone will know it.Contact the BBB of Clearwater, Fl. which is where this company is located and file your Complaint!!!

It's a credit service in Florida. My phone number use to be owned by someone who is now in debt all over the place, but conveniently has failed to update her creditor's records. I've also received a couple voice mails from Macy's, so this company may be trying to recover for them.

For some time these people have called various times of day. Answer and there's a recordeing: "We have ain important message but all our representatives are busy..." For a while I just hung up at this point; now I simply don't answer, but it's a nuisance.

I get a call from this number about 4 times a day to my cell phone in Ohio. This has been going on for about 4 or 5 days now. I have tried to answer it, but no one is ever on the line. I tried calling it, but no one ever answers. All my phone says for the call is "Florida" which I am guessing it determines from the area code.

We got one of these calls today, too. It was around 2:30 PM Eastern time. My mother was on the other line and when she clicked over no one was there. They have not called back.I doubt it's a collection agency...I have had collection agencies call me and they at least say something when you answer and leave a message if you don't.

Its legit. Its Macy's. They are a pain in the [***]. And their auto dialer doesnt work very well as it takes forever for them to come on the line....Technically they HAVE to do an ID&V for any outbound collections call. If they were to tell ANYONE else in the household or outside the household (lets say a nanny) that they are collecting a debt your next call to them should be for them to wipe your debt clean as that is a violation of the law.

Receiving the same phone calls as other posts. Will keep reporting them to the bbb.org until it stops. I do not owe any money on my Macys account but I will be canceling my business with them since these posts are almost 2 years long...

Since last week i've been getting calles from 727-556-5772 which shows up as clerwater florida, we you answer no one says nothing last night they called again around 9:15pm which is after the time you can legally call someone owing an debt. Anyway they ask for someone by the name of SAlly ? something i told them sorry you have the wrong number and remove number from the list. WEll today when i check my phone thier our 6 calls from this number so i decsided to call them back ,and as i was doing so. Someone pick up and said could he help me. I gave my phonenumber and requested taht he remove my number from his list the person they want dosnt have ownership to this number nor have i heard of them. The india sounding man had the nerve to get smart and ask for my social security number (BOY THEY MUST REALLY THANK I WAS BORN YETERDAY)Needless to say i didn't give it to him .I requested to talk with his supervisor and after about 15mins a mr.Martin came on the phone that sounded just like the first guy. Anyway i advise him to remove my number from thier list and he said owe you Owe MAcy's $$ I have never had an macy account i informed him either remove the number or i will file formanl complaint wri the Federal Trade Commission ...Mr.Martin hung up . I will also contact them and the phone company possible scam.No Legimate creditor will call your home after 9pm mon=fri because of the fair debt collection act they would not jeopdize getting sued.
