I don't understand why you people don't report this number as a scam? Just call Macys and threaten a law suit if no actions are taken.

I think they are a collection agency- they call my mobile phone and ask for a Jerome Carlos; NOT ME, not even close. I have asked 4 representatives to remove me from their system. Today I received 3 calls from this number! They never say the name of their company/agency. I used the link above to file a complaint based upon the phone number.

I do not know who they are, but this number appears on my caller ID about 20 x a day and they never leave a message.

they called me twice today, never left message, i pick up and then they say nothing. i googled the number and found this site and from what i've found its a collection agency from florida for macys. i was a few days late with a payment so i guess they're calling me now, but still it seems shady to me not like any agency i've ever heard of

I have received calls from this number at the oddest times--night and day and on holidays--they never leave a message.

I recieved my firt call today around noon centeral time TEXAS when I couldn't understand the person on the other edn I hung up. I have been reading some of the other messages left. I dont have an account with them nor have I ever. I have shopped there in the past and used my mastercard. Right now i am just going to wait an see what happens

this number been calling me for 2 weeks now, 3 times a day, all hours also. I dunno what it is, but I can say I do not owe any macy's payments.

I have been receiving calls from 727-556-5772 for a couple weeks now. Caller ID shows FACS. I have not answered one yet, but there have been a couple messages left. Always an English speaking male voice, claiming to be from Macys, and wanting to talk about a personal business matter.No-one in my family has ever shopped at Macy's! After reading these posts, I think I may just see if I can report this person/company to some authorities.

727-556-5772 This number calls my cell phone several times everyday and leaves me the exact same recorded voice-mail message that I need to call them on an "urgent business matter" but do not state who they are. My cell phone provider claims that the do not have the technology to be able to block the call (I find that hard to believe since we can put a man on the moon). It is extremely exasperating!!!!!!!!!! If it is Macy's, then they would not be looking for me because I do not have any type of account with them (or any of the other stores they own). I am absolutely sick of it!!!!
