Getting calls every afternoon. Don't know what this is all about.

I have been receiving calls from this number for the last few days. I finally picked up today and a woman asked for me by name - I played dumb and asked who it was and what it was in reference to. She stated that her name was Mrs. Weber and it pertained to a personal matter. I asked her to stop calling me and that they were performing a scam and hung up....they called again just a minute ago.

I've been getting this calls at work for a couple of weeks now. It may be a collection agency, but I paid my Macy's bill in full a month or so ago. Go figure!

Have received numerous calls from this number at all times including after 9:00pm. The caller ID states FACS. I complained to Florida Attorney General on line. As of today the calls state MCCS and filing a complaint with the West Fl BBB shows the number as Macy's Credit and Customer Service at 13141 34th St North, Clearwater Fl. 33762-4259. I do not owe Macy's any money nor does anyone at my phone number. Two months ago I called this number and like others that have called, they do NOT ask for your name but immediately ask for social security number. They also do not Identify who they are (what company). No reputable company operates this way. Calls to Macy Corporate Headquarters only result in denials that they do this. I cannot get them to agree to get the calls stopped. Time to send them back a torn up card.

Yes they changed the caller ID to MCCS (this matches the Marine Corps Community Service...)

I have been getting a call each day from this number. This is getting to be old. They leave no message and when you call the number back they say they will monitor the call. No one comes on the line.

Calls 3-4 times daily, no message left, for at least 3 weeks now. We never pick up, so I don't know what happens if we answer.

They call all the fu#%en time! I hate this company! They must have called at least 30 times now. Evertime I answer NO ONE says anything. I swear I wish I could scream at them to STOP calling me. I just want them to stop harrasing me. Does anyone know how to get them to stop calling? I am going to call my local police department to see if I can get them in trouble or sue for harrasment.

Received a call from this number this morning around 8am. If they call again they will be reported and prosecuted.
