I have received a number of calls from this phone number. When I pick up there is silence.

Called 4 times, when I picked up they hung up.

Call comes in several times a day. No one on the other end. I called back and got an answering machine. Comes up as FACS on caller ID. From St.Petersburg FL.

Call me all the time no answer no messages very annoying

2 weeks ago, I started to get breather calls from this phone number on my cell phone. I ignored at first, but last night when I was called by this number twice, I got so ticked that I decided to try to put a stop to this nonsense. So, I found this website, which was helpful. Then I called the number this morning, and did discover that I was (for the first time), one month late paying my Macy's store credit card. I verified the charges and paid off the amount that I owed in full. However, the calls that I have gotten previous to this revelation, the caller from the number above never spoke. I would only hear breathing. And calls would come in evenings and weekends only-not to mention- one month late on a credit card?!!! I have take the following actions. I have filed a police report with the Seattle Police department. I have made a formal complaint against Macy's with the Attorney General in the state of Washington as well as the state of Florida. I demanded to speak to the highest authority at Macy's and I received a call from Arizona Macy's executive office tonight, and they said they would begin to investigate this situation. If Macy's does not stop this very inappropriate business practice, I encourage all readers on this blog who are suffering from this annoyance o begin making police reports and complaining to their respective State Attorney General's offices and the Florida state Attorney General's office.I will be contacting local radio station talk show hosts to give this problem more attention, if Macy's does not send me a letter of apology and if the harrasing breather phone calls continue. Macy's to me, has always appeared to be a reputable company. If they are smart, they will try to get to the bottom of this,but it is our job as consumers to hold them accoutable if their business practices break the law.

I have been called over and again from this number, I had no idea who they were and finally was determined to speak with someone when I was interrupted during multiple classes at school. I waited on the line and was told that this man who spoke was from a tech company. I said immediately I do not want to be called again and I want to be taken off of the call list. He began what sounded like he was selling me something and I repeated myself, I want off of the call list now, please let me talk with your manager. He said he was from macys and I owe money. Yes I was a couple days late, but I have already paid that bill online. I told him I would not give him any information! These people are soo pushy!

Lots of calls and nobody there

Have received several calls from this number. Did not answer it. I don't have a Macy's account, so I'm guessing it's a scam. I see a number of messages above indicating that this is actually Macy's - nonsense. Scammers can add comments to this list to make the number appear legit. Also, it is not difficult to spoof a legitimate caller ID value using various software and / or services (yes, Twilio - I'm looking at you) on the market.

I had enough and had my attorney send a cease and desist letter to their corporate this morning. If they continue to call once I get a receipt that they acknowledge this letter, I am going to sue them for harassment. I hope they're prepared for it.
