Received a call which I didn't answer. I Google the number and have read all your Details. Had the same problem with another agency and called the Federal Trade Commission who said this type of call is (if the person dosen't live at the number) inviolation of the Fair Debt Collection Act and should be reported they will make a file and give you a case number. They will also call the agency. Good Luck

These same people just caled me a while ago asking for information about my neighbor. These people are weirdos. After looking them up I founf out that they are some type of collection agency. I've got something in store for them the next time they call though beleive that.
This number keeps calling my ex husbands house and trying to give a phone number for me to call. So he is supposed to pass on this info to me and he just tells them he doesn't talk to me. My question is I have never had a credit card or any debt while living with my ex. So why would they be calling there. I just assume if it is a company from recent and they send my info to a collector shouldn't they have my current info???? Not happy cuz now the girlfriend of the ex has been yapping about how I have collectors calling over there. WTF!

Called several times saying he was an attorney but wouldn't give any info about why he was calling...Wanted address and SS#...Told him he was crazy...
Be nice to the poor collection guy.. he is working on commission only and was most likely told he would be clearing 2k a week.. (and of course they lied to him to)... Anyway.. Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
