This ebenezer scrooge not only froze our bank account he is also trying to garnish our wages. We also fell on hard times when my husband was injured 18 mo ago. He has been to three different counties in Ga to obtain court orders. How can he freeze the bank account and garnish wages also? I do not know how these people can sleep at night. They call us all hours of the day. If I were them I would be afraid they will mess with the wrong person one day, and we all know what happens then

They have been calling my cell phone endlessly and relentlessly in regards to my ex boyfriend's account. The one time I actually answered so that perhaps they would stop calling, I had my ex talk to them. They were rude (even to me-- as innocent as I was) and demanded at least a payment of $1000. He said no, he couldn't pay that, he was about to go to jail. The man yelled at him (I believe it was a Mr. Davey?) and said that he would have bad credit for 14 years. He said "that's fine" and was hung up on. The calling stopped for maybe a month and now that my ex has been in jail they continue to call my cell phone and leave messages "regarding a personal business matter with (insert name here)" even when my voice mail specifically states that if they're calling to get a hold of my ex, they have to wrong number. Now that I think about it, he had previously set up a monthly payment plan with these people and was paying responsibly and on time each month for almost a year. The debt from Bank of America should have been paid off by now but it wasn't. He shut down his checking account to keep their hands off the rest of the money and THAT is when the calls began. The people just don't give up. I plan on answering and recording the call next time they do call. I assume I won't have to wait long since they call me at all times of the day, including lunch and dinner. Isn't that illegal? I can't wait to get these people. From the looks of it they do nothing but harass and need to be shut down.

Calling repeatedly - even to my boss' office. I do not owe any debts.

Called several times at my shop. Asked for me or my wife. I asked them who was calling and they hang up.They call about once a day. Sometimes a male, sometimes a female, both equally rude.

I received a call from this company looking for a neighbor. They are a bill collector. I've warned them not to call here again. Very underhanded and it borders on breaking the law to call a neighbor (that I do not know) in the efforts to collect a bill.

Im a bill collector that worked @ Hanna for years. Many have said for us to get a real job. WTF ??? If you all paid your bills then our industry would cease to exist. All of you are embarressed that we contact your relatives, neighbors, and places of employment. However this is the information YOU gave when begging for credit because your broke a$$ didnt have any cash to handle your business. GROW UP AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES. I WILL CALL YOU, YOUR MAMA, YOUR DADDY, YOUR SISTER, YOUR BROTHER , YOUR CHILDREN, YOUR BOSS, YOUR BEST FRIEND, YOUR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR, SHYT I WILL CALL YOUR UNBORN AND ANY OTHER NUMBER I FIND. ITS THE LAW THAT WE CAN, SO I WILL. I LOVE CASHING BONUS CHECKS.Threatening a bill collector makes us laugh, they havent stopped us & wont. Hanna can sleep well because he doesn't CARE. Pure and simple.He began garnishing my salary after ignoring my pleas to accept a debt settlement plan.I have the comfort of knowing that he won't be getting another damn dime out of me once I retire and begin drawing social security.Merry Christmas.
