I answered, just to see what it was, and a lady came on with a spiel about "ExpressScript" and something about Medco. I asked the lady to take me off the list, as I had received this call and wasn't sure why. She seemed confused. I told her I had received call but it had rung through to her phone line. She apologized, thanked me for my time, and assured me she'd take care of getting me off the list.

With the DNC, how are these people still allowed to call us. I have 3 grandchildren, under the age of 2, that I watch during the day and these calls always wakes one of them. How can we get them to stop?

I would believe it is Medco, not sure why they are calling the CELL number but my employer has both HOME and CELL. If you pick up the phone it RINGS out to someone else; not always Medco? The first time I answered, it rang out from my phone and the guy that answered said I called him. I have asked Medco to quit calling the home number to no avail. Don't you just love folks that have to make a living by the number of calls made out to 'customers'. Since you, and I, may have a relationship with Medco the Rx management for, in my case BCBS-TX, then they are authorized to call even if you put them on the no-call list. The way of cold callscum bags. :^)In my cell I added the number as SPAMRingsDialsOut so I just don't answer;if they ever leave a message I 'might' return the call.

call all the time. Never leave a message. I've asked to be removed from calling list, but they keep calling. I am on the do not call list.

Got a call from this number at 12:16 on 6/1/2011, nobody on the other end, just a click and hung up. Am on the DNC list.

A man called saying he was from Medco from # 772-335-4498 (this number is a landline based in Port St Lucie, FL and it is unpublished.)I told him that I did not want to discuss personal information with him, and IF I needed to talk to Medco I would call their 800-818-0093. I was polite but firm with him; I feel it is better to error on the safe side.

Harrassing phone calls are against the law. Complain to the FCC and they will stop. The Florida Attorney General's Office also has information that can help. You can also get on a no call list that will keep these annoying calls from happening and, if they continue, they can be fined or prosecuted.
