Again another annoying "mysterious" call. I never answer, but am finding these calls annoying.How can we stop this?
I called the number back and it was medco. They call sometimes even though I have them already to try to get me to do the mail in prescriptions instead of going to the store.

I have also been receiving calls from this number, but have never answered them.
I am tired of seeing this number on my caller ID. We have spoken to people from this number and told them we are happy with the way we have our prescriptions filled. We do not want to change. Do not call us. They continue to call.

MEDCO gets the numbers from your health insurance company. Your health insurance company saves money (higher profits) if you use MEDCO. MEDCO wants you to use their service (it's business) and health insurance company wants you to use them (again better business). You may want to ask your health insurance provider to stop giving them your number. Hopefully your health insurance has built that into their process. MEDCO calls for about a month, which I ignore he calls. They start back up in 2-3 months. I would guess that health insurance companies provide a new list of insured who are getting maintenance meds in 30 day supplies every 30-90 days and the cycle starts all over again.
