Received a fax from company that they will go ahead with our order for the Police Magazine by Jan 19, 2009 if we do not sign proof. There is only one problem. I never requested advertising with this organization and the proof is obviously scanned.I work for a multi-billion dollar organisation and every single bit of advertising has to go through the riggers of the P.R. dept. You would think I would remember jumping through all those hoops!Just let them try to collect!

Rod, I want to counter sue this mo idiot if he has the balls to sue me and was wondering if you still have copies of the cashed cheques so I can find out what bank he deals with. This will make collecting when I win VERY easy. Please let me know if you have that info.

Moe is the lowest of the low, trying to get rich off the good works of others. We had 'dealings' with him and finally called his bluff. Nothing funnier than laughing at a moron like that as he starts threatening you! Ha ha Moe, I miss your calls ... please call back, I could use the entertainment!

Just called, same story. Private name, but public number 780-454-3349.Wanted to speak to the owner. I asked what it was in regards tothe woman said "is there an owner there or no"i said "depends whos calling"she said "ill just call back tomorrow, who should i ask for? As well whats your fax number?"i said "dont call back tomorrow, you tell me what you want and ill give you the response i want, now.... whats this in regards too"she said "its in regards to advertising"i said "not interested, dont ever call back"called back the number to have them take me off there list. the "proclaimed" switch board operator needed to know who called me so she could patch me correctly, apparently they have many departments.i said the caller wanted us for advertisingshe could not take me off the list without knowing my company. I said ill give you my phone number, not my company nameI said "im not interested in giving you my company name, I will give you the phone number. My company does not deal with your company so you do not need my company name"she said "i need your company name to take it off the list"i said "sorry not interested in giving you that" and hung up

They phoned our place of business and a salesman of ours said he will ask the management if theywanted to do it. We said no and they published it anyway and charged us $220.00We sent to our lawyer and are not paying. What a scam!!

This company presured us into advertising, saying pay as you go. They got our add wrong! They said they were a non profit organization! I said I wanted to move into a smaller add and the salesman said no problem. Moe called me 2 months later and said just go with us and we will work it out. I asked to talk to the salesman and Moe said he is unavailable. They took me for $500 and are looking for $1500 more. Why can't the city shut down these criminals?

Received a proof in the mail on June 25 2008 (for Police Magazine) of an ad to my old address stating to make changes by May 25, 2008, or ad will be run.. never asked them to run an ad. All our information was wrong because we had moved in March. When I called them, a very aggressive man ended up putting in me tears. So a few months later, I get the invoice for $200.00 and again I call to discuss that I did not want the ad in the first place and the same man gets on the phone and brings me to tears again. Why would I advertise with a company that makes you cry?? I received an apology from another man on the company's behalf but today I received a threating letter that they are going to sue for the $200.00. This company is just plain awful. We ripped up their threatening letter. This man had the nerve to tell on the first phone call in June to get a lawyer and that I was unprofessional. I feel it is our money and our choice to place an ad not be forced into it after the fact. Even so, could they have not at least run the ad with the correct company information in September if they were going to?
