I received a call from 1 800 333 3474 at 4:47 pm EST. I answered the phone and said "hello" - no one said a word. There was silence and the the person disconnected the call.

this is not dish network it is a scam i do not have dish netwrok the guy said he was from Comcast and since i am a customer they are going top give me a $100 visa card. all they need was a 5.95 shipping and handeling. this was the givaway ( you are willing to give me a 100 dollar and you cannot afford shipping it) I told the guy to stick it where the sun don't shine and hung up on him

DISH is breaking the law, turn them into your State AG

Called had a heavy Indian accent, sounded like he was in a call center, claimed to be with Comcast, and told me that I would be receiving a $100 pre-paid Visa card for being "such a loyal customer" (I only have had their internet service for 3 months). He said that all I would need to do to get the gift card would be to pay $6 for "shipping and handling" of the card. What the heck, right? The super creepy part is that he quoted back to me the email address I used setting up my Comcast account. Something is rotten in the state of Denmark...

I can't get them to stop calling me. Its unbelievable. Don't know how I can get them to stop.

Issue maybe 5 years old but I received a call this morning.

THIS CALL IS BY SOME SCAMMER TELLING US THAT THEY WORK FOR DISH NETWORK BUT WHEN WE CONTACTED DISH THEY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE ANYONE WITH ANY PROMOTIONS OR ANYTHING GOING ON BY THEM.

Called at 6:30AM on a Saturday! Isn't that illegal?

Sir, I am calling to advise you that the Dish Network is upgrading the serivce in you area.Me. Oh OK. Thanks very much. I appreciate your calling to let me know that.Then I hung up.
