I don't blame Ron for thinking it's a phone scam. With all the solicitors today you must put up your guard. I'm getting the exactphone calls. Did I check the number NO. Getting these phone calls all hours day and night (seriously) just offer this at openenrollment or send out a form letter period. If we need something we will seek it out on our own. Its the dishonest solicitorsruining it for the legit.

This is a legitimate call from BCBS. I was hospitalized recently and was assigned a nurse case manager and this was her calling to check in on me to ask how I was doing since being discharged.

CRIMINALS. Yes, the same criminal gang. Just a new phone number. This criminal organization is fully supported by our greedy politicians, who share in the profits of crime. Nothing will ever be done in California to stop these criminal gangs from calling us. These criminals exist due to the support of our corrupt politicians and money hungry phone companies, both of which receive significant profits from the abuse by these criminal enterprises. It would be ever so simple for the phone company to identify all unused phone numbers by marking them as "invalid number" as part of the "caller i.d." program and/or the phone companies setting up their own reporting email systems (just like this one). But, the phone companies elect not to identify invalid numbers since they earn substantial income from these criminals calling us every day. We get to pay for these callers too, as we are usually billed for calls from these unwanted spam callers Such is our life in California. Criminals, politicians and the phone companies all share in the common interest of easy money.

New motherhood program? I'm 65 so that shoots your theory out of the water. I played along with the rep whom I had a very hard time understanding--terribly thick Hispanic accent. She asked if I needed further help with my hypertension which I've never had. I just laughed and told her to remove my number from their list. They're grasping at straws hoping something will fit.

If this is truly a legit program, using reps who have very heavy Hispanic accents is not doing the program justice. If I actually had a need for the service I wouldn't really know what to do as I understood very little of what she was saying.

Called them back and a computer copies the phone number I am calling from (you can hear your numbers being dialed in, or its a busy signal. Never any voices.

Getting them all the time...cld back from work w/*67 in front of number so they couldn't identify me. It is Health Outreach with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
