I am with Anthem Blue Cross AIM program. I am pregnant. They are calling from the Future Moms program to get you signed up with a registered nurses line that you can call to ask pregnancy questions too. The regular nurses line on your card will only tell you to go to the ER or call your DR.

Also If you feel uncomfortable giving them info like I did, the man just asked for my birth year and he confirmed the rest of the info.No harm in your insurance company trying to help. They are not selling anything.

Been getting these calls non-stop for a few weeks.. checked with BCBS and it is not an affiliated program. Sounds phishy...

some kind of "wellness center" - I was feeling just fine when they called. Hung up on them so I could keep feeling fine.

We are tired of all these computerized calls. They never leave a message, calling multiple times of the day. Working shift work is rough when you have obtrusive phone calls like this all day long, several times per week.

This is a contracted vendor for Anthem Blue Cross that assists employees through the insurance process for additional assistance that we as employees requested. These are the good guys no collection agencies etc. big mistake if you don't take them up on these services they offer you for free. They are not collecting your data they have to verify though who you are.

Didn't answer but did get voicemail from "health care coordinator" (no company specified). She invited me to call an 866 number to join their program. Might. Be legit, but with no provider mentioned I'm a bit skeptical.

Wrong ... the just called for the second time (first time was late October). I have neither Medicaid or Medicare and I am not eligible for either.

Got a recorded message regarding coordinating health care services; however, voice didn't identify which health care provider is calling. If it is really Anthem BCBS, I'm already enrolled in this program with them so this one makes me leery and shall be blocked.
