Since YOU called the number back from your phone, how could it be spoofed? This is the actual number and site for Medi-cal in California.

These people got me by making me think I was not covered medically . I feel so stupid smh ...Don't give them any information if they should call you.

Do not give any information to this number. They prompted me to Input my SSN using the dial, which no govt agency would do. Scam.

I keep getting calls on my land line regarding every scam ever developed. I usually don't pick up. This time I did, and I just said, "There is nothing wrong with my computer, so just stop calling me." The person (of Indian descent), "Said I am not calling about your computer," and hung up on me. I doubt the caller is from ANY legit healthcare organization as mentioned in previous posts, so just don't answer. Can't be Medi-Cal. I live, and have always lived, in Pennsylvania.

Everyone relax. This is literally medical calling to obtain more information from you you can get that number from their homepage. You applied for government help and they just need more information that's why they're calling you nobody's trying to steal identity. Look it up and call them back if you are too sketched out.

This # is from Medi-Cal. It's contacting new and existing enrollees to get them on a plan. This number called me this morning at first I thought "Scam", then I recognized the number and answered. I had to say 'Hello" a few times before a recording came on saying I need to call them back.
