The last couple days I've been getting the same automated call requesting that I call 800-511-3207. Do not recognize the name they're asking for. Assumed it was a wrong number. How do I make them stop calling? Only get recordings when I call back. Cannot find anything on the website.

I, too, am getting this computer-generated call. The voice says, "This is not a solicitation," and goes on to say it is from Macy's and is for "Marty the Hundreth Club." It tells me to call the 800 number or go to Macy's.com. Unfortunately I then receive another call, exactly the same except when the voice says the call is for... the space for a name is blank. I am getting these double calls in the morning and evening! I have written Macy's and have also gone in and reported the calls to a store manager. I've been receiving them for about a week now, and they are driving me nuts! By the way, Macy's no longer has a customer service department in our California store. It is darned difficult getting to talk to anybody.

Recieved calls The voice says, "This is not a solicitation," and goes on to say it is from Macy's It tells me to call the 800 number or go to Macy's.com. The person who answered the call asked for my account number. I would not give it to him. I told him he called me what does he want. He said he couldn't hear me to call back. When I called the number again I received a recording that they were closed for the holiday. What holiday on Dec. 18th? The man who answered the phone did not sound American, maybe Mideastern. It must be a scam.

The number listed is for the collections department for Macy's Credit services.

Left messages claiming to be from my Macy's acct, tried the number several times and never got anyone to come to the phone.

I've rec'd 2 calls from this number claiming to be Macy's and not a solitation all. It reeked of a scan, so that's what led me to this. Same story as above: to call 1-800-511-3207 or macys.com; I blocked caller ID and tried calling the 800# and it sounds very unprofessional too.

Thankfully I have a call blocker, nevertheless they have been calling already three times this morning (SATURDAY)!!! Don't I have any rights to relax during the weekend? Isn't this harassment?

I feel bad for those who fall for this scam. My mother called me letting me know that this was the second time they called. I called the first time, hung up after 10 min. being on hold and was a little "what the -" after my mom called me a second time the next day (all recordings- sounded urgent, same as all the above). For a moment I thought my card was stolen- called again "closed after 9" is said...-what "1-800" closes? These #'s are 24/7! Man, I hope no one falls for this low-life loser.
