This is Macy's with an important business matter

i keep getting these calls from 800 511 3207 they never leave any messages and hang up, it is very annoying and needs to stop, dont answer these calls. I dont trust 800 numbers so i dont answer them.

ITS A SCAM!!!!Remember people a real Macy's collector would have all your infomation like your full name, address, phone and last 4 digits at least of the card they calling about.These scammers don't know nothing there hoping you give them your info to scam you! Allways use common sense!!! just because they are call you, doesn't mean they legitimate people like I said they know your all your information;you would not have to provide them it.FYI I don't have Macy card or any credit card for that matter, so how do I owe them money.They couldn't even tell me my first name lol. Be smart tell them to [***] off or better yet block the number.

I got a call from this number and it is FAKE! I missed the call so I dialed back the 800 number. When the operator (heavy accent) asked me for my last 4 ss digits, I told her I would only do so if she gave me some kind of verification that she was in fact calling from Macys. She would not answer and gave me the run around insisting that I give her the info she needed. Next I asked her if she had my account on her screen and she said yes. Then I asked her to just verify when my last purchase was and she said "she couldn't disclose that information." That's when I hung up.

Not sure if its a collection agency or not. Could be a scam to get you info to use the card, as a clone or something. Seems sketchy.

They called me because my Macy's account was past due, so I guess this one was legit.

This number called twice today, once in the morning and then afternoon (just after 4pm). I didn't answer either time and let it go to the answering machine........no message left either time. Caller ID just shows phone number, no name.

I have never done business with Macy's. Don't even know where one is. No message left didn't answer. If I do answer I wait until someone says hello then I scream as loud as I can into the phone. Or blow a whistle. Haven't had any calls in a while haha. Now this. Guess I'll have to answer to get them to stop.

I, too, received calls from this number. It is a valid call. I normally never let this happen, but it slipped my attention in the madness of Christmas shopping to pay all of the bills, and I missed one. I called them and the lady on the phone was kind enough to remove the late fees and processed my payment then and there. Thankfully, I am up to date.
