I got the same call from this phone number claiming it was Macy's I did Blocked the number and reported it to the Federal trade commission. 1-877-FTC HELP hope they do something about it

Calling on behalf of Macy's. I checked on line and my latest bill is due tomorrow and the payment is already processing so I don't know what they could be calling for.The number they gave me to call back is different then number I have on the back of my card so I'm not calling back since I don't have anything to say to anybody about my Macy's account.

My payment to Macy's cleared at midnight but this number is on my cid again-twice today.

They keep calling wrong number very rude

This number keeps calling at all hours of the day. I hang up. If I let it roll to voice mail, there is never a message.

I do have a macys account but it just seems really sketchy. Not sure if it is a collection agency or not based on all the mixed reviews but I don't believe I owe them any money.

This number keeps calling me before 9am. I get calls from them at 8:00am
