Numerous calls per day, no messages left. Finally answered it, and after a loooonnng silence, a guy asked for me by name. Stated he was from Chase Bank. I told him several times to not call my number again and he kept trying to talk over me. I finally loudly stated "Don't call this number again" and had to just hang up on him. (He wouldn't stop trying to talk to me.)
This number is calling my daughter's cell phone on average of 12-15 times a day, sometimes as many as 3 times in 5 minutes!
yea this number called me too. i finally gave a call back and it was something about an overdrawn account. i finally checked it out and indeed my account was overdrawn. i simply went inside the branch, made a deposit of how much i was overdrawn, and BAM...they never called again. simple as that people. put the money back in your damn chase account (because all you "confused" and "dumbfounded" [***] DO have chase accounts. you probably haven't checked on it in so long that you didnt know you were $1,000 overdrawn) and they wont call again.
I do not like Chase Bank or their checking account policies. They failed to post 3 transactions (all 3 under $5.00) for over a week until my account balance was below $5.00, then posted all 3 transactions causing 3 nsf charged and now an overdraft charge. FOR LESS THAN $10, I NOW OWE THEM ALMOST $100.I WOULD ANSWER THIS CALL BECAUSE THEY PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH, WANT TO CALL ME WHILE I'M AT WORK AND WILL NOT LEAVE A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE. I HAVE A NEW ACCOUNT AND THEY CAN WAIT FOR MY MONEY FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THIS IS JUST UNFAIR.ALL 3 TRANSACTIONS WERE SHOWING AS PENDING WELL OVER A WEEK BEFORE THEY CLEARED THEM. THIS IS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE IN TODAY'S AGE OF TECHNOLOGY THAT THEY COULD NOT/WOULD NOT/DID NOT CLEAR THESE WHILE I HAD SUFFICIENT FUNDS IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.
I overdrew my Chase checking account by .53 and by the time I got notice they charged me $133.10 in late fees and overdraft fees. I travel for work and sometimes don't get notices until after I arrive home. I went to Chase Bank and was told this was not a bank error and I was to pay the $133.10. I told them to close my account because I didn't think it was fair to pay $132.57 in charges for a .53 cent loan. The bank rep told me I had to pay the outstanding balance before I could close the account. I told her to go F--- herself and left.
I got the call at 6AM!! I received another 20 minutes later. Same story, long silence then a woman calling from Chase saying I had an overdrawn account and wanted me to verify my address.I told her I wouldn't give her my information, and had to hang up on her. I then called Chase (the number I have) and I was indeed overdrawn. They shouldn't hound people with a 1-800 number. Nobody in their right mind is going to give out that information in this day of scammers.
I keep getting calls from this number but I havn't answered the phone yet. They have left me 2 voicemail's which I cannot understand except something about hours for Friday and Saturday. They have called me about 20 times in 3 days. Very annoying
I get them calling me at all outrageous times of the day. I was woken up this morning at 7:30 Am by this number. I must get called at least 5 to 10 times a day.
I've only gotten one call from this number, yesterday at 7 in the morning. I didn't answer it (I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know), but they didn't leave a message. I called the number back, and it said it was Chase. It gave me options to choose from depending on the type of account I was calling about. I'm pretty sure that it IS legit, as I've recently had some checks bounce, and I KNOW that my account is overdrawn.I can't vouch for those people that say that they are asking to verify personal info over the phone as I haven't talked with anyone.
