they are calling me 3 times a day. I do not have a Chase account, never did. And, I have never handed out my cell phone number to any bank.

the phone rings and then when picked up, there is no one on the other line. Very annoying. The call comes every day.

You should probably stay on the line a few more seconds so they can tell you that you have an overdrawn accnt.

For those of you thinking this is a "scam" or "phishing" number it is not. It is actually Chase bank and is their collections department. If you are receiving a phone call from them more than likely you have an overdrawn bank account and have been overdrawn for 10+ days.

This 1-800-555-0433 IS from Chase and IS legit. I used secure mail to confirm. Reminding me about OD account.

The number is Chase and it's legitimate. But the bank is ridiculously rude for sending these messages up to 5-10 times a day. CHASE BANK SUCKS!

My biggest concern is that they never leave a msg. If its so important why not leave a msg? I have had Chase call me before and they always leave a msg.

This is legit. I'm -$48 just a few days ago and got the call, didn't answer, and got the weird message.A pity they call you AFTER they charge you the $32 overdrawn fee, when its too late for you to do anything about it. I've read that if you don't have a chase acct, you likely have an acct at a bank that has been taken over by Chase. Just so you know and don't ignore the call.

I will be honest with you i worked for Chase and there were numbers that customers use to call in but I had never heard of them. If I had the time in a call or was low on my calls for that day I would call the number and sometimes it was us. So just a rep telling you the number isn't Chase could be a mistake on their end.y

This # called me the other day and today. When I talked to them the other day they were asking stuff about my account but I didn't give out any info....SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!
